WHAT TO EXPECT?

During your session, you may experience a variety of sensations and feelings - some unpleasant, some pleasant and some quite odd. This is just the effect of tension passing out through the body.

DURING THE SESSION

You will be asked at regular intervals to just observe - feel - take a deep breath, and occasionally to stretch your fingers and toes. If you experience a lot of tension coming-up, when you are prompted to stretch your fingers and toes, also roll your ankles and wrists. This will help you release the stress and tension physically.

After your first session, you may still be releasing tension for up to three days. During this time, you may experience physical and emotional release and vivid dreams.
