How do I Get My Strategies Through a Wall of Employee Disengagement?

A Recent Gallup Report* Showed That Up to 89% Of Employees Are ‘Disengaged’ at Work.

The report noted that; Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore have among the highest proportions of employees in the world who are not engaged in the workplace.

In particular, in Malaysia, only 11 percent of employees are engaged. 81 percent are not engaged and eight percent are actively disengaged. (* NST 14 April 2016).

 The Problem

problem1.jpeg

Worldwide research shows that pervasive stress and tension occurs within individuals, at all levels throughout the organisation.

When stress is ignored, it denies organisations millions in unrealised revenues; resulting in massive employee disengagement and unreached productivity, staff health issues, and absenteeism.

The Solution

solution1.jpeg

We now know that the degree of negative stress and tension constraining the individual – is equal to the degree of disengagement that they are experiencing in the workplace.

We also know that you cannot effectively manage  negative stress and tension. The individual has to be willing to learn how to release it, and let it go.

The Action

action1.jpeg

Clarity, is an incredibly simple yet effective method for ‘releasing or letting go’ of pervasive stress and tension – at the same time increasing receptivity – starting from just 5-minutes a day on a regular basis.

We can show you how easily managers and employees ‘buy into’ Clarity, as a personal life skill that they value – and the organisation can quickly gain new levels of productivity…

A Reality Check for Leadership & Stakeholders

As a leader, you need to take action to address employee disengagement. If not, the vision you have for your organisation can turn into a blurry outline, rather than the clear progressive steps – you had envisioned.

The Gallup Report referred to paints a sad picture for both leadership and stakeholders, one being that every Monday morning you are paying your employees the equivalent of a full tank of petrol, and only receiving around 10% of the petrol in the tank.

Therefore your vision for the organisation, along with potential new growth opportunities will be seriously restricted, denying you a healthy return on investment. Why? Because your all your strategic planning, initiatives, and technical training, still need to get through this internal pipeline that is around 90% restricted by employee disengagement.

However, to the enlightened leader, all the above points to a golden, golden opportunity - but only if action is taken!

Testimonials

“We often get asked can you get the training program into one day and get the same results. The answer is that it usually takes us one day to get the group calm and focused and in a place they can absorb, retain and apply new knowledge.

This is particularly in respect to leadership programs. Im sure you could teach tactile skills (how to use a new drill) without being clear and focused but you have no chance of changing and or modify behaviours or getting buy in to new strategy, if the participant is not calm and clear”.

“I was too busy being busy to allow myself any quiet or reflective time. Indeed, I was one of those who would constantly bemoan the fact that there was never enough time to plan or prepare, I was always too enmeshed in the problem/solution cycle to take the time to find a way out of it.

That was until I met Stuart Mackay, the founder of Clarity”.

Why Many Organisations Ignore the ‘Elephant in the Room’ – Staff Stress

While study after study shows stress and tension in staff is undermining productivity and reducing profits, many Training Managers are frustrated in their search to an effective method (that isn’t complicated) to help staff release Stress and Tension.

Managers know that unless a program is easy to learn and not too time consuming, staff simply won’t engage.

The Benefits of RELEASING Stress Versus Stress MANAGEMENT in Your Organisation…

Managing or seeking relief from tension was a good start. However, this is like trying to manage a live hand-grenade that is centred within your organisation.

The reality is – you cannot Manage stress!

However, just like the live hand-grenade example, you can defuse it – and this is achieved by RELEASING Stress and Tension gradually, on a regular basis.
