A Recent Gallup Report* Showed That Up to 89% Of Employees Are ‘Disengaged’ at Work.
The report noted that; Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore have among the highest proportions of employees in the world who are ‘not engaged‘ in the workplace.
In particular, in Malaysia, only 11 percent of employees are ‘engaged‘. 81 percent are ‘not engaged‘ and eight percent are ‘actively disengaged‘. (* NST 14 April 2016).
