Clarity Now Practice begins

Follow the instructions on the audio track.

You will be asked at regular intervals to just observe - feel - take a deep breath, and occasionally to stretch your fingers and toes. If you experience a lot of tension coming-up, when you are prompted to stretch your fingers and toes, also roll your ankles and wrists. This will help you release the stress and tension physically.

Note: After your first session, you may still be releasing tension for up to three days. During this time, you may experience physical and emotional release and vivid dreams.
