Starting Point

What to expect during each session? You may experience a variety of sensations and feelings - some unpleasant, some pleasant and some quite odd. This is just the effect of tension releasing out through your physical body.

You will be asked at regular intervals to just observe - feel - take a deep breath, and occasionally to stretch your fingers and toes. If you experience a lot of tension coming-up, when you are prompted to stretch your fingers and toes, also roll your ankles and wrists. This will help you release (or clear) that layer of stress and tension physically.
